Refund Policy

We want you to buy credits with confidence. This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases of KWAL Cabinet Studio credits and subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, and approved refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to your original payment method.

1. Credit packs

• Unused credit packs: if you have not consumed any credits from a pack, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Partially used credit packs: once one or more credits from a pack have been consumed (i.e. an export has been generated), the pack is considered delivered digital content and is no longer refundable, except where required by law or in the situations under section 3.

Note that a refund is rarely needed for small mistakes: the app shows a full on-screen preview before a credit is spent, and every paid export includes up to 2 free re-exports of the same project within 5 days (see our Terms of Service, section 5).

2. Subscriptions

• You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your benefits continue until the end of the current billing period.
• If you cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase and have not used any subscription benefits (no exports generated, no included Pro Credits consumed), you can request a full refund of the first payment.
• Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but if you forgot to cancel and have not used the Service in the new billing period, contact us within 7 days of the renewal and we will consider a goodwill refund.

3. Faulty or non-conforming output

If an export fails to generate, or a generated file is technically defective (corrupt, incomplete or unusable), contact us — we will restore the consumed credits or, where appropriate, arrange a refund. This does not cover design errors in your own input; please verify dimensions before production (see our Terms of Service).

4. EU right of withdrawal

EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content, this right expires once delivery has begun with your express consent — which you give at checkout when credits are delivered to your account immediately. In practice, our policy above (refund of fully unused purchases within 14 days) mirrors what the law requires, and we apply it in your favour where there is doubt.

5. How to request a refund

E-mail hello@kwal.design from the address linked to your account, mentioning your order number (found in your Lemon Squeezy receipt). We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Lemon Squeezy and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — almost every issue can be resolved faster through support. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
