All purchases are completed inside the app. Payments and VAT are securely processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. You will receive a VAT invoice from Lemon Squeezy for every purchase.

Common questions
What is a credit?
A credit is used each time you download an export. Doc Credits cover document exports (PDF project dossiers and CSV cut lists). Pro Credits cover CNC DXF exports and can also be used for any document export.
Is designing free?
Yes. You can design cabinets, compose rooms and preview everything in 3D without spending credits. Credits are only consumed when you download production files.
Can I check an export before paying?
Yes. The app shows a full on-screen preview of your export — the PDF dossier and cut list are viewable in the app before a credit is spent. The preview cannot be downloaded; the credit unlocks the production files themselves.
What if I spot a mistake after exporting?
Every paid export includes up to 2 free re-exports of the same project within 5 days, intended for small corrections. Something else gone wrong? Contact support and we'll sort it out.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your account until you use them.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy acting as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, VAT and invoicing on our behalf, so your payment details never touch our servers.
Can I get a refund?
See our Refund Policy. In short: unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days, consumed credits and delivered exports cannot, and subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
